Ms. Brock has 30+ years of experience managing operating rooms and sterile processing management helping organizations to obtain no findings on various joint commission surveys in addition to decreasing Immediate Use Steam Sterilization (IUSS) processes to zero. Her genuine love for people motivates her to ensure process excellence for her clients resulting in an extraordinary level of physician and staff satisfaction. Ms. Brock’s winning combination of experience, values, and being known for operating with integrity has made her a highly sought-after professional patient advocate and
sterile process and operating room consultant.

Ms. Brock is blessed to have experienced this field from both the sterile processing and operating room sides of the medical industry, which allows her to provide unique and comprehensive solutions to the field’s many challenges.

Ms. Brock is certified in the areas of Sterile Processing Management and Endoscopic Flexible Reprocessing by the Certification Board of Sterile Processing & Distribution. She is a member of AAMI (Association for the Advancement for Medical Instruments) and HSPA (Healthcare Sterile Processing Association). Ms. Brock is a graduate of Xavier University and obtained her MBA from the University of Phoenix. She is a recipient of the                              2023 Superstars and Sterile Packaging award and a author for Beyond Clean.

Ms. Brock is a United States Air Force veteran and an active member in her community providing support to various nonprofit organizations. She resides in Slidell, LA and when she is not working you can find her cheering for the New Orleans Saints.
